
1. The Chocolate Fountain is a service orientated business. We do not rent equipment.
2. When you call for a quote, we will ask you for your name and phone number, and an email address if you want your quote sent to you.
3. We will ask you for the date and time of your event, and how many guests you are expecting, (we know it may be a rough estimate, and that's okay). And we will need to know where it will be held, (does it have a kitchen we can use?) and will you be working with a caterer
4. Next we will explain the various options we think might suit your needs.
5. We will tell you that for your date to be secure, we must receive 50% deposit of your quoted price. (This is non-refundable, but will be applied to any balance due, or future use of our services.) You will receive a receipt as a statement of your deposit.
6. We will then ask your permission to send you a quote based on the information you provided about your service needs.
7. We will explain how after your date is secured, we will not be contacting you until 10 days prior to your event. At this time we will review and confirm your service needs, finalize your guest count, double check for any special instructions, and remind you that final balance will be due prior to the our set-up.
8. Lastly, we ask if you have any other questions, and thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
